Who we are
Waymaker Inc. was established in 2024 by the founding President, Kyle Salapa. In partnership with the secretary, Peach Salapa and treasurer Caleb Crouch.
Kyle's mother fought a relentless 17-month battle, enduring numerous procedures and illnesses, often alone due visitation restrictions during the COVID 19 Pandemic. Outside, we built a support network through running, using it to channel our strength to her. In the process, we found solace in our mental health and witnessed the power of community. Inspired by the outpouring of support, we realized we could extend that same help to others. This led to the creation of Waymaker Inc. Our mission is to run races for those who cannot, while offering support and raising awareness for individuals, families, or organizations in need.
